good day, i am a 75 years old US citizen (no job) , i have a son who is a holder of b2 visa (Philippine passport holder) who is here in the US. i also have a US Citizen daughter who has a job. my question would be how are we going to change the status of my son from tourist visa to LPR and eventually to US Citizen with him here staying in the US legally. If i will be the one to sponsor, i have no job.
