I'm a permanent resident (green card holder). My 15 year old daughter is visiting me. She lives with her mother back home and will only be staying for about 1 month.

What type of Visa should she apply for? Is it a Visitor/Tourist/B2 visa?
What documents does she need from me? Her birth certificate and a copy of my green card good enough?
Does she need an invitation letter from me?
What else?
