B2 Visa - Gap required between visits

My mother got B2 Visa in 2008 and it is valid upto 2018. She visited USA for 3 months in 2008 and for 2.5 months in 2014. She returned to India in Sept 2014. She wants to visit us again. It is almost 2 months now since she left USA. When can she come back to USA? Does she need to maintain 6 months gap between trips?
Please clarify.

I am a 24 yr old man , employee with good company, I have a invite from my uncle in the US to come spend the christmas on my annual leave (1month).
1. I earn relatively $7000 annual income
2.Am single
3.have property to show as strong ties (...car)
4.employment letter and annual leave letter
5.pay slips and bank statement
4.I have international travel experience
5. i am sponsoring trip
6.length of trip is 21 days

Any way, your chances of getting US tourist visa are relatively low.

She can come again right now no need to wait for six months

The fact that she has visited only twice since 2008 and also that she stayed only for 2.5 months in the previous trip is a proof enough that she is not involved in working or any other illegal activity. The only reason why POE is an issue is to prove that how does she have the time to spend in the US so often.
As long as she has a good reason to justify the stay in the US and absence from India, there should not be a problem.
