visitor visa for 15 days with family

Dear forum. I am applying first time for tourist visa along with my family. Before this I and my family never travelled out side india. My wife family is settled in USA and her brother is American passport holder. I am working in govt job on higher position and we want visa for 15 days only to visit there family function we don't have any plan for settle there. I am earning 70K pm however the trip is sponcered. What are the chances for b2 for me and family with one child of 5 year old
