Docs need to carry for Second Visit of my parents

My parents have thier appointment with Chennai US consulate on monday..
Please any one could suggest what are all the reqd document to carry.. Coz, heard they have changed many things compare with last trip.. kindly mail back with current information..

We had spondered my MIL last Aug, we send the same list of documents when we spondered my parents this Nov.

Heavy rain continues in Tamilnadu -- can't take my appointment.. any alternative

It was five years back... Moreover their a heavy rain happenin in Tamilnadu..The roadways and ra***ays are damaged.. There is no means of transport for another two days from any souther tamilnadu to chennai...My Parents appointement date is Monday(Nov'28).. what happen if they can't attened at time..
