  • My B1/B2 Visa is revoked

I was deported from LAX to Taiwan last week becuase the immigrant officer told me that I was over-stayed at my first entry 2 years ago; the system shows that the permitted stay is 3 months but I stayed 5 months. However; I remembered clearly my I-94 was stamped for 6 months. Since it's been 2 years, I can not find any copy of my very first I-94 or any evidence to prove my innocence. Is there anyone can help me out.

I am going to apply for E1 Visa.. Is there any possibility that my visa will be granted..

    Thanks in advance

Any chance to get the copy of I-94 that surrendered.

      Hello Sir,

I have 2 following questions that need your help.

      1. Is there any possibility that I can request for the scanned copy of my surrendered I-94 of my first entry from USCIS. And How?

      2. Should I change to the new passport before going to the interview?
Because I am afraid that the page of revoked Visa might bring the bad image to the immigrant officer who is given the interview.

      Thanks again
