Sponsor Documents for B2 Visa - Can we submit canada payslips and T4
Hello,
My husband is on L1 visa working in USA . But he is Canadian permanent employee and permanent resident.He receives canadian pay (canadian payslips)
So now we are planning to sponsor my mother to USA , we are staying in USA for past 7 months and my husband is working on L1 visa for the same canadian employer.
For the sponsor supporting documents :
Can we submit canadian payslips and canadian employment letter.
we have T4 ( Tax forms) from Canada .
We have W2 forms for years 2007,2008 and 2009 and 2010 ( my husband worked in USA for those years) . But currently my husnband is not on US payroll .
My question is how to sponsor my mother with these documents please let me know.
