Extend - Visiting Visa Without leaving the country

My parents are here in US on visiting visa, there 6 months will be completed on Dec18th. They were scheduled to leave on Dec 13th, my sister needs some help with her kid as she will be going through a major surgery. Can someone please guide me how to extend my parents visa without having them leave the country? Thanks in advance.
