B1 Visa got rejected

Hi Team,

I've applied for B1 visa for US in august'14 .

The reason for my travel was business sponsored by my company.

My visa was rejected under sec 214b

the counsellor had asked be below questions:-

1) reason of travel -- business discussions
2) annual income -- 3.9 lakh INR PA
4)have ever been travelled outside India before-- No

please could you advise when I can reapply for B1 visa and the reason of rejection

how to handle above questions ?

Travel to other countries first and apply when your income is better . 3.9 L/yr is low .
