Hi everyone,
I have a question about parents that have green cards but their children under 18 only have visitor's visa. Will it be possible for a mother with a green card bring her child who has a visitor's visa to America from Vietnam? Are they going to be stopped at check-in since the mother has a green card and may stay in America? Will they have the right to stop them or is there any rules regarding this kind of situation? If anyone can advise or direct me to a resource that may know, it would be greatly appreciated.
