Parents Visa

Hi,

I am planning to sponsor my parents to visit US, but I am also thinking of inviting my neece who is 7 years old with them, I am not sure if I sponsor her with my parents can impact in anyways for my parents visa.
Please advice if it is a good idea to let go my neece along with my parents for visa interview or should I consider my parents visa interview and call my neece on later time.
Please let me know is there are chances of visa rejection of my parents if I sponsor my neece along with them ?
