Which form do I need to fill out to support my grandson (US citizen) to change status of new wife from B1 B2 to spouse
Both are in U.S. After living in Phillippines for three years. Married recently. wife's VISA expires Jan they have not had enough time to build income requirement. I am willing to provide affidavit of support. But relationship is grandmother of the sponsor
