visiting restrictions?

My aunt got 10 year Visitor visa from the American Embassy Chennai.

Upon arrival to USA at the port of entry her visit was stamped for 6 months. After this first 6 months period is over, when she can visit again ?

Is there any restriction like that person has to stay out of USA for next months before visintg USA again?

Or can she go back to India and come here again in a month?

How does this work ? Any help will be appreciated... thx in advance.

There is no restriction how long she needs to wait outside US before coming here.

But if she tries to spend more time in US than in India, that is not the true purpose of tourist visa and she may be denied entry.
