Visitors visa

Hi
My Mom has 10 Multiple entry visitors visa. I am planning to have her in US in DEC for a couple of months. I need her to come back in July for atleast 6 months.
Are there chances she may be denied reentry since she will be coming back under 6 months?

Yes.

If she tries to spend more time in US than in home country, that is not the true purpose of tourist visa and she may be denied entry or denied extension.
