Peace, I have recently got married to a US citizen girl and she has filled immigration for me four weeks back. My mom is widow and my younger sister is married and I live with mom. As far as I know they will hardly grant visa to my mom once I will be immigrant or in US. So we are planning to take her visa in advance so she could visit us easily once in a year.
Kindly GUIDE what is the appropriate way to apply for her visa.
1. Mom will apply to see her brother who is living in US since number of years with his family and kids.
2. If my married sister apply with her in order to increase her chances.
3. If I myself apply along with my sister like a complete family visiting US for short trip at uncle's place.
4. My mom apply with her elder brother who is Doctor and visited US three times before.
These were the available options we thought but there could be another options which you can guide according to your experience.
