How to take appointment

I am accessing following URL to take appointment for my parents.

1. https://www.vfs-usa.co.in
2. Create a new application
3. selecting "Tourism/Family Visit/All Other purposes"
4. State of Residence "Andhra Pradesh"
5. Language "English"
After clicking on "Continue" button a messages pops up with "Interview Dates Not available ?

What am I doing wrong ?

Dates are not available right now. It is not an error. It is a message.

Keep checking all the time.

I tried the same for Chennai for B2 Visitor visa - the system says no appointment available. Is the system checking for appointments for this month are for next three/six months. Does somebody know. I wish the website was a bit more intelligent enough to tell us that.

When did you get the appointment for and in which consulate?
