Hello
My parents got a 10 year visa multiple entry & arrived in USA a month back. On arrival theyr passport was stamped with a 6 month visitor visa stamp (expiring in Apr 2006).
Now my grandmother is serious & my dad may have to head back to India to perform final rites. In this situation I would like to know
- If my dad can come back to the US within a month
- On arrival will he be given another visa
Any one who can share their view on thiss issue will help me plan my dad's travel. Appreciate a prompt response.
