After taking the appointment

We took the appointment online and it gave a link to download and I forwarded that link to my brother in India so that he can get the printouts and submit at the application center.

1. First of all do we need to do this or I can take all the DS-156 and DS-157 printouts and send them along with other sponsor papers. I am confused on this.

if we need to submit those on the application center is there a way for them to take the printouts, right now the forwarded link is not working for them. I didn't see any other ways to download, is there any other way to down load.
