Hello there
My parents have an interview for a tourist visa (booked via TTS services) at the Chennai consulate on December 5th. My sister is sponsoring them and has sent all the required supporting documents. Unfortunately, at the time when she sent the documents, we were not aware that the sponsor had to send their original birth certificate. Does that mean my parents will be refused a visa since they do not have the sponsor's original birth certificate? My sister does not have the document with her anyway - she thinks she might have misplaced it, so she can't courier it over either. My mother has a photocopy of it though - can that be used instead?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Many thanks
