My girl friend will be applying for her Schengen Visa next year, in time for our trip to France, Italy and Spain leaving on June 15th. I know from past Schengen visa experiences at various embassies, that the earlier she applies, the better. Assuming the application is filled out accurately and completely, my questions are about the dates on the following letters: invitation, residence, and the application itself. In other words, how early can she apply prior to June 15th?
The last question refers to #33, is the cost of staying covered....by her traveling companion sufficient? Or should something else be checked(e.g. credit card or bank statement)?
