My mother is having Visa appointment on Dec-20.My hubby (H1B) is going to sponser for my mother.
1.Do we have to send his original W2 forms of last 2 years( He is having only for past 2 years)Or the the copy is enough.
2.Whether the daughter's(mine) original birth certificate is enough,bcoz my hubby don't have birth certificate.In the forum its mentioned that only daughter birth certficate is enough while my hus is sponsering his mother-in-law.Is it ok?
