Hi,
My Parents visa got rejected at chennai consulate.
CO asked my father for his leave letter as he is currently a central-govt employee, but he is getting retired in the month of jan06 and planning to come after that and he told the same and has shown his NOC.
Then the officer asked few other questions. Where are u going and When did u'r daughter come to India? (we were in India in the month of august).
We prepared them from immihelp site and we felt very confident but CO didn't ask for any other documents and told sorry, and their visa was rejected under section (214b). We are still not sure why they were rejected, is it becoz he is getting retired or since we were in India just few months back.
What is the possibility that they get their visa in their second attempt?
Please any help would be appreciated.
