b1b2 visa rejected. can i try again

my b1b2 vis rejected on 10th dec. can i apply again now?
vo ask me only 3 question.

vo: are you going alon?
me: i told him yes.

vo: ever you travel any other country
me: no

vo: you have book travel packeg
me: yes

and they refused me and give 214(b) letter

i am single and 26yr old.
can i apply again?
and what i have to prepare for next interview
i am doing now business.
i like to travel thats why i have to apply.

some one help me to prepare for nex interview pls..
