visit visa appointment

i am trying to get a visa appointment date for my mother in chennai consulate . the language is malayalam. for the last three four weeks i am getting a message " interview dates are not available". Is this some type of error ? is there anybody who has taken appointment recently?

From what I understand speaking to people regarding this, the translators are available only for a certain duration of the day. They are not available the whole day. So appointments in language other than English is given out subjected to the availability of the translators.
Keep trying. Its not an error in the system.

Me too can't get appointment

I tried to book through TTS services for B2 Visa and it shows as N for month of Feb and beyond
