Visa Appointment for Travel Companions
I have question on how to book the appointment for travel companions. Me and My wife and a friend of mine plan to travel together to US. Would it possible for all of us to get the visa appointment at the consulate at the same time?
I'm aware that for Me and my Wife I can chose the option as "Family Member" when booking the appointment. So for my friend also to be part of the same interview slot, what is the option available?
Also, while filing the DS-160, if I do mention my friend as Travel Companion do I have to produce any supporting documents as evidence. If by chance, we do not get the interview slots together than will the VO ask any questions as "When will your friend get his/her visa stamped?" etc.
Please do respond. I haven't been able to get much information on this front.
