Sponsoring for one of my in-laws

I am in H1b with my wife and kid. my mother in law & father in law wants to visit our home in US. My mother in law is a government teacher and she is in the process of getting NOCs. it's almost half done. My father in law is a business man. My mother in law has almost 500,000 inr in her account with good avg balance. But my father in law doesn't have good account balance. So I thouht I can sponsor for my father in law alone and whereas my mother in law can do a self sponsor. Will this be fine?. I Only have 5000 $ as avg balance in my account. So I guess I cant sponsor for both. Please help me on this
