I am in usa ( jercey city Nj), currently since last one and one half month now, i came on november 06th 14 ,and as per I 94 i can stay upto 5th may.
my passport is valid for another 9 years now.
but us visa expires on april 27, 2015.
So , now what is the procedure to extent the visa without going back to india.
Currently i had come to us due to ill health of my son.
10 year visa expires on above 27th april .
