I've a B2 visa. My spouse is a lawful permanent resident for 4 years 6 months. After 4months, she filed I130 for adjust my status. Since my visa is not yet current, I want to go back home before my I94 expire. It expire on the 1st february. Is that Will cause me a problem for me getting my cr1 in my country? Will i be accused for misrepresentation if I go without overstaying? Previously, I entered us with B2 on the 5th november 2013. I got married on the 23th december and go back home on the 4th january. The conoff ask me who is the person a want to visit? I said a family friends. My 2sd entry was on the 2th august 2014 with a B2 visa. The conoff ask me: are you going to the same person, in the same address? I said yes. He ask again it is your girl friend? I said no. And he said to me, visa approved. At the us airport, the immigration officer did not ast any question except when will you go back? I said in 3 weeks. It is here any possible charge of misrepresentation in my case? Please help me
