My mom’s visitor visa will expire in June 2015. She would qualify for Interview Waiver program + finger printing. Could someone please help clarify the below?
(i) Does my mom need to collect real estate documents, chartered accountant docs and all such listed in https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visitor...or-documents/? We did this for first time application
(ii) Does the sponsor (myself) have to send employment letter, I-134 and all sponsor documents listed in https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visitor...or-documents/?
(iii) Do I have to first fill online DS-160 and then pay visa fee at Axis bank? Or does not matter?
(iv) Does someone collect all the mandatory documents at the time of fingerprinting appointment? Or is there a dropbox in the fingerprinting office where we need to drop the package containing passport and other docs?
