TTS : Appointment B2 Visa: showing N

All,

I want to make an appointment for my parents and when looking in TTS services it shws as N ( which means Not Open) for most of Feb and after that for many months.

Does any one know what it means

Any appts after Oct 2005 must be made through VFS and not TTS. Follow the new procedure.
