Documents needed for second time US visit (Visitors Visa)

My mother in law got 10 yr visitor visa last year, she came to USA in october 2004, her visa was until march 2005 but we extended her visa. We requested her extension for 3 months but we got it for 6 months (Until Oct 05). She left to India in June 2005 itself.

She is planning her second visit next week. First

1) Is it ok to come to US twice in the same year on visitors visa.
2) Will there be a problem at port of entry, if yes what sort of probs.
3) What documents are needed from me at port of entry
4) Do i neocd to send any documents from here.
5) What purpose of visit she needs to tell the officer.

Appreciate if anybody can shed some info onn it or share similar experience.

The onlt problem that she may face is why she wants to retrun to the US so soon and that after extending her last trip.

I think thats the only possible question that might come up. Depending on that you might have to send some documents. Else just an invite letter should be sufficient.

I am in similar situation of planning to extend the visa for my mother-in-law for 3 months and then she wanted to come back from 4 months staying in india.

Raj, can you please share your experience. Did you mother-in-law faced any problem at the airport or did you had to send any extra documents?
