My SISter-in-law and her Kids are coming to US.
My brother is not coming as he is Busy with work.
I saw the forms, there it is mentioned parent should get a no objection letter from other parent if he is not accompanying.
Is there any format (or) what all info should be present in the letter.

2) my Brother is self sufficient to fund himself.
but I am really sponsoring as I want them to come for few weeks.
will that be issue?

3) My SIS has a property and that is rented. its coming to her account.
so can we keep profession as house wife and still keep early salary as the amount she is getting (She has income tax returns)
sources as rented property?

4) From KIds side we are getting
- School letter that he is a student and vacation
- NOC from other parent who is not coming.
should I have any extra documents.
