Applying for B2 Visa on 30th Jan , My immigrant file still is in process... need help
I am applying for Visitor visa, and my interview is on 30th January.
My immigrant file has already been kept in 2011 Dec, and My mom has turn citizen.
My reason for applying Visitor Visa
1)Visiting My parents
2)vacation for 3 weeks in USA with parents.
Reason for coming back to India
1)I am currently employed in TCS, which is number one company in India.
2)I have two house of parents and one farm land to take care as I am the only person left in India.
3) I can get only 3 weeks leave at work.
The reasons are true, but I am afraid, because I have heard if your Immigrant file is work in progress you can't get B2 visa . Is it true?
