Minimum duration in India between 2 USA B2 VIsa Trips

I am planning to travel to USA twice in B2 visa this year. First trip around March end to April 3rd week (3 weeks). Second trip from July 1st week to Aug 2nd week (6 weeks) .
I will be having 2 months 1 week between 2 trips. Will that be a problem ? in other words is their any hard rule to stay in India for certain months before next trip ?
My 2nd trip is very critical so I dont want to get my 2nd trip in risk by having very short stay in India.
I am travelling to USA for pleasure/tourism purpose. Please kindly advise !! Thanks in advance !!

There is no rule on paper that one should maintain certain gap between two trips.
But, if you travel so quickly without strong reason, they may question/warn you.

If first one is not that important, then skip it.
