Applying first time for US need Help

glad to read your forum it is very informative thanks for making this forum and help everyone..

i just want to ask that can i apply for visa now or do i have to wait going to tell you about myself and conditions and after read it please let me know is it a right time to apply visa or i should have to wait?

I am 29 years old and my wife is 25 years old and i am director/owner of my company in UAE which is based in free zone and it is a import/export company and i am earning 15k AED salary monthly + profit as well. and this company i have started in 2013 so i have residence of uae and i must need to apply from there. furthermore i am running advertising company in pakistan since 2008 and i am director special projects in my company and withdrawing 2k usd per month in pakistan and i hold a property as well which is on my wife name and it is a worthy property..and my wife is landlord of that property which is giving us good monthly income .

i have visited Uk schengen area alone last year and with my wife i have visited saudiarabia and dubai many times as i used to live in pakistan most so we visit dubai frequently in every 2 3 months with our 1 and half year old son.. and we are going to visit south africa together in coming month and after that i am planning to apply for US visa..

i want to ask is it fine condition to apply or i have to visit 2 3 countries more with family as i have visited just 2 countries with wife which are in gulf region only however i have visited europe. and i applied my wife and son visa for UK 2 times when my visa was valid but both time they rejected first time reason was why you didnt applied together and second time they rejected because my visa was about to expire after 2 months. so will it effect on it? and our ages will also impact on it ?

or i can apply now please advice me do i have to wait or i can apply as my portfolio is ok as far as i know but only issues are .. our age, limited travel with family and wife and son 2 Uk rejections these are my main concern so please advice what is best in that case

You may directly apply any time as you like to the U.S Embassy or the U.S Consulate General. Remember, each application is reviewed on a case by case basis, and each applicant must qualify on their own merits. The only way to know if you are eligible is if you apply for a visa. Only a Consular Officer can issue a U.S. visa, so you must make formal application through their website and then schedule an appointment. Any other source claiming to be able to expedite or secure you a U.S. visa is attempting to defraud you of money or take advantage of you. Document vendors have a financial incentive to convince visa applicants that they can guarantee visa issuance through the purchase unnecessary fraudulent documents. Committing fraud may seriously hurt your chances of getting a visa in the future.

Since you're into imports and exports, try to explore opportunities on B1 visa like attending/ participating in any trade fair or getting invitation from a potential buyer/vendor for negotiations etc. That way you can improve your business as well.

You may apply B2 for your spouse and child. But, take your own time and plan carefully.

By the way what is your nature of business?

thanks for your reply and suggestion.. i hold general trading LLC licence in dubai and i am allowed to import/export anything from uae ..and the other business in home country is billboards advertising
