My son who is non US resident is getting married to a US citizen sometime in March 2015. Marriage shall take place in USA. However, exact date and venue is yet to be finalized.
Me and my wife are Directors in a self owned Pvt. Ltd. Company with a substantial turnover. We do not draw any remuneration from our Company as we have sufficient rental income from few self owned residential and commercial properties in Mumbai-India. Besides, we also have interest income from deposits and savings. My and my wife's annual income is appx INR 24.00 lacs. We stay in self owned property and also own few residential and commercial properties.
Can you please guide me as to is it a good idea to apply for Visitors/tourist VISA now on the merits or apply after the marriage date and venue is finalized as I am afraid we may have very limited time thereafter.
