In-Laws visa rejection
My In-laws went to the Mumbai Consulate and took the interview in marathi.
The following questions were asked
Why do you wish to go US?
Answer - Toursim and visit daughter and Son-in-law
What does your son-in-law does?
Ans - YYYY in YYY Company
How long do you intend to stay?
Ans - 3 months
How can i be sure you will return back?
My in-laws have 7 children ,6 of them are in India , only my wife in US
Ans - I have 4 daughters and 2 sons unmarried in India.I have house and other property as well and will return back.
I am just going to visit my daughter for 2-3 months
Then they rejected the visa under 214b .
My in-law asked the reason and they should you do not have many relatives in US.
Can anyone help/advice as how do you proceed?
