Question on B2 Visa

Hello Everyone,

I am working in the US on L1 visa and currently in India for vacation,I want to apply for my parents B2 visa ,but not sure if it is advisable to do so
while the primary sponsor is in home country (my I94 was surrendered when I stepped out of US).

If possible I want to be with my parents when they go for stamping just to make them comfortable.
