Parents visit to USA

Hi all,

Iam on H1 visa and planning to invite my parents to USA.
My question is , i recently transfer my H1 to other company but i didnt get stamped on my passport with new employer visa, so i would like to know whether it effects my parent visit.
My I-94 is valid upto 2007 oct.

I would appriciate ur advice..
