Another Visitor Visa query

Thanks Everybody who have given me the suggestion and guidance till now.

But I am still confused with the documentation and its verbiage I should provide to my parents. To explain my situation

1. I am the only son and my sister is married (she is in India and have one Kid).
2. My father is retired and my mother is housewife (No source of income in India).
3. I am in US from one of the software company of Bangalore.
4. I have tentative end date of my assignment in US (~ August 2006)
5. I have around ~22K in my account
6. I want to invite my parents in April for 3 months.

The problem i am facing is to provide the documentation which will explain the CO that my parents are not possible immigrants.

Should i write my tentative assignment end date in letter to consulate / Invitation letter to Parents? Will this give CO an assurance or should i continue project myself as US employee?

I know all the documents but still confused

Any pointer or sample documentation will be of great help.

What status are you on? Why are you worried abt documentations? What document are you concerned about?

My mil doesn't have any source of income, no bank account itself, no property in her name and she was able to get the visa. As long as you are sponsering the trip you need not worry abt such documents.

I think 22k is a good amount.

Property need not be the only way to show ties to India. You can tell they take of your sis's kid, talk abt their sibblings and may be even state that they take care of grandparents etc. Hope this helps.

I am on H1 here. My question is should i mention my assignment end date in letter to consulate. Will it give any assurance to CO regarding my parents that they are not possible immigrants?

I don't think you really need to mention the end of your assignment. You could show other ties in India. If you really don't have any ties at all then may be you can use this as the reason.
