A few questions...
1. My mother's passport has her surname entered with given name (surname field is blank). DS 160 does not allow me to move forward with an empty surname. can I enter her actual surname there and just her first name in given name?
2. Both my parents haven't worked for more than 5 years. Should I say both of them are homemakers or should I say dad is unemployed? (Dad had a small catering business at home about 8 years ago and mom takes home tuitions now).
3. Dad lost his education certificate (his highest education was higher secondary certificate). Should he get a new certificate? He graduated in 1963 so not sure if the school has records that are that old.
