Hello,

My Interview Details: I got visitor visa based on tour purpose. My brother living in USA & I did mention in DS-160. There were some questions regarding my brother also during interview. During Interview I did told about my plan going in tour for XX days , and will going to stay for some days with my brother.

Now, I am planning to go next month to my brother & then we are planning to visit some warmer places like Florida.

Question 1. Since I got the tour visa, does it necessary to make travel arrangements like hotel booking, etc?

Question 2. Is it OK if i says that my plans changed and first I am going to see my brother , and then we all together going to visit places like XYZ ? Do I need to show travel arrangement ?

Quastion 3. Do they ask why do you want go in Winter ? I heard that winter travel is not recommended , is it true?

You can travel/tour as you wish until the validity of the visa, nobody will restrict you.

No need of booking hotels, keep your brother details handy and tell immigration authorities when asked. Just mention what are all the places you wish to visit during the trip but exact itinerary is not required.

You can visit USA in any season there's no restriction. During the winter it is too cold there so many people plan their trips to cold countries in summer.
