GC invitation of parents.

My husband and I have GC since August 2001. Since than we did not have chance go back to the Ukraine, and I am pregnant and my pregnancy is very complicated; I'm not allowed to fly. We are really want to see our parents. We would like to invite them to the USA for about 3-4 months. Is there any web.sites we can find an information about the nessessary paperwork to do so? Thank you so much for your answers.
