  • Minor applying with father but travelling with brother

    Hi All,

My family (Father, Mother and a 15 year old brother) are soon applying for a B2 visa. I on the other hand already have a valid b2 and i'm supposed to travel in May 2015 (have already purchased tickets). Now my question is that my brother mentioned above plans on travelling with me instead of with my father and mother (they will travel later this year). Should I mention this information in my brothers DS-160? or should they all claim they will be travelling together without mentioning me at all and once they get the visa my brother can travel with me?

    What do you guys suggest?

    Thanks

What's the purpose they mentioned in DS160?

If you already booked tickets to your brother too, then you may mention he is traveling with you.

This is my opinion, not a legal advice.
