Student visa to F1 visa

Hey all,


I went to USA in August 2010 on a f1 visa. I graduated in December 2012 and I got a job in the USA around March 2013. The employer filed for my h1 in April 2013. It got picked up in the lottery, but it got rejected due to lack of employer -employee relation. I still had my OPT and I was working on OPT even after my H1 got denied. After my OPT got over, I enrolled in another college on a CPT. But I had to return to India for a personal reason, so I just quit college and went back to India. Now there is a family emergency and I have to go to the USA ASAP. So I am planning to apply for a visitor visa. In the DS_160 form, I would like to know what I should answer for the following

Has a US Visa ever been cancelled or revoked?

They already have all record of related to your visa'shttps://www.immihelp.com/us-immigration/visits etc. This is one way of checking if you are being honest. Dont hide the information. As you left US when your visa ran out its perfectly fine to visit again on a B2.
