  • scheduling Parents and In-laws appointment together

HI I have created single appointment for my parents and in-laws together showing My dad name as main applicant. In DS-160 for all the 4 members, i mentioned that i am sponsoring for all of them. May i know is there any issue if i schedule everyone in same appointment? as per my last payslip my gross salary is showing around 6k/month

How did this workout. I am planning to do the same thing. Did the same interview appointment work?

I would advised to schedule separate appointment for Parents and in-laws.

Okay. So I now cancelled the appointment and scheduled the interview only for my parents using the same profile I had used earlier.

But Now to schedule the interview for my in-laws, I tried to create a profile using my father-in-laws email. But it did not allow me to
create a new one saying another profile with the same details exists and asked me to submit passport. I submitted the copy of passport.
Is that how it usually is - now I am in sort of no man's land as I have to take the interview as soon as possible.

As all 4 people were in one profile earlier, it is not allowing you to create another profile with 2 people from the group of 4 earlier.

Therefore, you will have to work with them to get them separated manually.

That is why we would never advise anyone to put both parents and in-laws in one profile.

Create separate profile for each couple and try to schedule the interview as close as possible, if preferred that way.
