Need assistant to schedule appointment after visa refusal and less applicants

Hi Team,

I had applied for visa with my family which got denied under section 214(b). I am planning to re-apply but this time I won't be able to travel to USA but my wife and daughter.

As soon as I login to my account to make appointment and only try to schedule appointment for my wife and daughter, system does not allow me to do so. System is taking my details as well and counting as 3 applicants. I am unable to delete my account details from there.

If I try to create new login for my wife and daughter and enter their details in the system, it gets denied as well as system prompts with a message as 'Your personal details match the profile which already exists in our database'.

Please help and suggest me what should I do to schedule appointment for just my wife and daughter.

There was a problem with in the USA login system so helpdesk have to delete the account from back end and allow me to schedule the appointments but individually.

I got another question.

Since both will go for interview separately but might travel together so should I mention in DS-160 form under section 'travel companion' as both are traveling with together?
