my cases is as follow and i need any suggestion that can help
i had a visa before valid for 5 years and it expired last year and i been there 2 times (2009 for 1 month and 2010 for 2 weeks)
now i need to go again for training with my employer i applied for visa in september and somehow they asked if i was arrested in USA in 2012 i told them not and i was not there but they said there is a fingure prints of me in july 2012 saying that i was arrested and those prints dont lie but somehow the officer believed that i was not even there in usa and said that she will work on the case (administraive process) and after 3 months a reject came so i had to apply again as i need to clear my record because honestly i didnot do anything worng my whole life.
so again the same happend and they asked me the same qusiton and i told him everything again he said he want to give me the visa but with this record he cannot and he must work on the case ( administraive process) i told him they did that previously and i got rejected so he checked the perviose Administrative process and infromed that the process didnot clear me or prove that i was arrested for real.
now i dont know what to do or who to contact in this regards. i mean if the Administrative process didnot clear my record the fist time then it will never well and in the same time the prcess was not able to prove that i was arrest (even thought i was not even there)
any suggestion will be mostly welcome
