emergency visa appt for B2 visa

I am trying to get an emergency appointment for my mother who is undergoing severe clinical depression and anxiety , since the death of my father. She has been accepted for treatment in a very reputed medical facility in USA. I am wondering how can I assure that
A) she can get an emergency appt.?
B) she will be able to get the visa?
I really need your help on this one. Please advice.....

I dont think so that she can apply for emergency appt..unless she is visiting u for some medical reasons.

Ya, it is for medical reasons......she is suffering from clinical depression, that can be quite serious!!!!

and not on emergency visitor visa.
