Applying Visa for second time

My mom's visa rejected in Nov 2005, we have got the interview in January 2006, the Visa was rejected because last time she extended her stay, so I want to know whether I need to send all the documents once again, or the exisisting documents fine?

Rejected because of extension of stay? Thats a bit odd... any members know if this is routine?

How long was the duration of the last visa issued? Did she follow all the procedures for extension?

Yes, we had all the approval letters and all the documents, when they asked her why she overstayed she said she wanted to see more places and also she was not ready to travel back alone as we din't have holidays, guess this last sentence denied her the Visa

My parents got rejected on oct21 2005. They have interview on Jan27th 2006.
I am planning to send only DS-156 and DS-157.

Any more ideas?
